Paramount has confirmed an initial report from DeadlineHollywood.com that Tom Cruise is attached to star in Mission Impossible IV. He will also produce the film, which will bow over Memorial Day weekend in 2011, with J.J. Abrams, the director behind the last iteration of MI. The studio is currently out to directors and as previously announced, Josh Applebaum and Andre Nemec has been hired to write the script. The duo previously worked with Abrams on his ABC drama Alias. Script details are being kept under wraps and no start date has yet been established though Cruise is planning on making this his next project. »

Ok the good news is Marvel will Bring This thing into a live action movie like marvel superhro movies before. The Release Date is probably on May 2012.

This is like dram comes true for a geek or comic freak. In the Begining only Cap America, Iron Man, Thor who woll be join the team but it seems Hulk will join togther with the team.

If all goes according to plan, actor Edward Norton will play Hulk again in the film that will release next May 4, 2012 it. Currently, Marvel was trying to bring the actors who previously had been playing superhero characters are.
'The Avengers' will be the first film featuring Marvel superheroes together. In the film, Iron Man, Thor, Captain, Hulk and Nick Fury will face their greatest enemy.

You al may know who played the Hulk, Iron Man, Thor and Nick Fury, but until now has not been established who plays the captain, but seems that Sam Worthington Jwho played by ack Sully in Avatar is so interested being the Capt.

Actor Chris Hemsworth, who played James T. Kirk’s father in the last Star Trek movie, the one who sacrifice himself to save his familly, has been casted asthe mighty Thor in the upcoming Thor movie which is set for a release in May 2011. We also know that Tom Hiddleston is going to play the role of Loki, Thor’s brother and nemesis:

Those two actors are not really well known. That’s maybe why Director Kenneth Branagh chose them: he prefers to avoid the movie to be get over hyped because of famous names: doing so, the public will judge the movie for what it is and according to what they were expecting.

From what I heard the movie Thor won’t get lost in supernatural Asgard in order to fit in the current mold of realism set by earlier movies based on Marvel’s characters
Odin is the father of the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and the cunning Loki (Tom Hiddleston). Odin is the almighty God among the Gods, but he can’t figure out how to bring peace between his two sons… But as almighty as he is, Odin is an old chap: the Norse god needs to hibernate from time to time… Time that Loki use to build ne conspiracies and to torment his brother… Yep, even Gods got family problems!

Some peope my have been wondering how the movie Thor, a Norse God superhero, would fit in Iron Man’s rational world. Well Kevin Feige does not ignore those concerns:

“We’re doing the Jack Kirby/Stan Lee/Walt Simonson/J. Michael Straczynski ‘Thor.’ We’re not doing the blow-the-dust-off-of-the-old-Norse-book-in-your-library ‘Thor.’ And in the ‘Thor’ of the Marvel Universe, there’s a race called the Asgardians. And we’re linked through this Tree of Life that we’re unaware of. It’s real science, but we don’t know about it yet. The ‘Thor’ movie is about teaching people that.”

Whatever he says, and if the final Thor movie is marvelous, I really doubt it’s gonna be “real” science. The film Thor is directed by : Kenneth Branagh and is starring Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, and Jaimie Alexander as Sif.
